A series (1) (2) (3) of amusingly crap articles wrongly referencing this book went by when I was watching Special:Newpages the other day, which was the kick I needed to finally write this... My goodness - those three pages were hideous. Something has to be done.

Anyway, the Hakkenden mini-series aired on a channel in Hokkaido right after New Year's, but I'm not sure about the rest of the country. If you can verify that it was aired earlier than that, then my bad.
