Production Timeline[edit]

I am sure that the NSU "Prinz" (Ver 1.2,3 and 4) was produced into the seventies not 1957 - 1962. I am referring to the two cylinder car, not later four cylinder cars. Cabinscooter 07:40, 28 August 2006 (UTC)[reply]

I don't know what years they did the 4 cylinders. I've got a 1963 Sport Prinz with 2 cylinders -- 588cc. I need to spend some time on the Sport Prinz page. Gornzilla 01:57, 6 September 2006 (UTC)[reply]

  • The first 4 cylinder car was the NSU Prinz 1000 which started in 1963. The even larger Typ 110 (NSU 1200) was added in 1965.194.25.108.84 14:39, 12 October 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Is this quote and source of any use?[edit]

I came across a quote while trying to verify sources at the Straight-twin engine article and decided to put it here in case it could be used. I can't figure out how to add it to the article myself, but I figure I should make it available to someone who can.

The quote is as follows:

"...was the N.S.U. Prinz model (Plate 32) the engine unit of which exemplified advanced techniques.
