Article Error[edit]

The KG-13 was introduced in about 1961. It was the first transistorized machine using the PNP germanium 2N404. The article needs to be updated and linked to it but I don't have time.Trojancowboy (talk) 04:26, 8 November 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Assessment[edit]

I added an assessment as C-class due to the limited number of references, otherwise it could be a B-class article. I am not so sure about the importance as I am not a specialist in the field, I entered "Mid" but feel free to modify it. SV1XV (talk) 18:23, 27 August 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Merging in AN/CYZ-9[edit]

I was planning to carry out the merge per AfD consensus, but I don't know where in the article this should go. What section seems to be the most suitable, or should I add another? Sennecaster (Chat) 16:30, 3 November 2022 (UTC)[reply]

@Sennecaster: I think that it would go in the section Fourth generation: electronic key distribution. However, the very name of that page is wrong. I checked the one reference (on Wayback engine ...) and the device being described is AN/CSZ-9 (not AN/CYZ-9); there seems to have been an error when creating the page, confusing this with the related AN/CYZ-10. Now that I think about it, I don't think I'm the right person to merge it, as I read through the article more and didn't quite comprehend the content. Sennecaster (Chat) 00:05, 17 April 2023 (UTC)[reply]
