N1 Western Bypass (South Africa)N1 Western Bypass (Johannesburg) – There is more than one "N1 Western Bypass" in South Africa, including the Bloemfontein Ring Road; So, mentioning "South Africa" for a road found only in the City of Johannesburg is not correct. Title[edit]

Wouldn't N1 Western Bypass (Johannesburg) be a better name? Bloemfontein also has an N1 Western Bypass and is also of course in South Africa. Booshank (talk) 19:16, 22 June 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Good point raised there. I had the same thought for every one of the three freeways that forms the Johannesburg Ring Road. Chils Kemptonian (talk) 22:11, 2 September 2022 (UTC)[reply]
