Souvenir of Tokyo[edit]

I heard about a Seatbelts Live DVD called 'Souvenir of Tokyo', supposedly it's Cowboy Bebop songs played live. There's a couple of recordings on youtube and they rock your socks off. Might be worth mentioning. --Raboof (talk) 20:24, 10 June 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Bebop Albums[edit]

I'd just like to say that this list is a great idea and I like the format so far. There are so many of these albums and almost nothing to say about them. Combining them into a list seems like the easiest way to keep track of them. --Kraftlos (Talk | Contrib) 11:58, 22 April 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Yes, It was asked in the anime and manga portal that they were merged etc, I'm new to wikipedia but this is the best I can do right now really, It has a good soundtrack for an anime so I hope to know more, also I'll try and add some extra information. Infoboxes[edit]

Why the hell were the info boxes re-added, they should be removed and put into the text. Please remove them, put all information into the article and why were the track listings turned back into tables? The total length should also put into the track listings, I'm undoing edits up till' then.

Wait. What? Why on earth would you rather have information like release dates et cetera worked into a paragraph as opposed to standardized info boxes? That doesn't make any sense. Zackarotto (talk) 23:57, 19 May 2010 (UTC)[reply]
It's a big article, it would save space if info boxes were removed, see my other article I'm working on here. ----
Alright, that makes some sense. But I advise that we hold off; I may try to write up some better information, and then we shall see just how much removing those info boxes will actually help reduce page size—versus how much it will make the page easier to read.
You mentioned not wanting track lists as tables—I didn't do that, but the tables do seem like a better way to present the complicated track notes. There are a few ways to handle that, but as long as the details are all there, and correct, I won't lose sleep on how you present them.
Lastly, is there an official ruling on the title of this page? Currently, it's List of Cowboy Bebop albums, but in the style of that other one it would be Music of Cowboy Bebop. But if we followed the example of some pages, it would be called Discography of the Cowboy Bebop series. However, as we're treating "The Seatbelts" as the artist for all of this music, the most obvious wikipedia syntax would simply be The Seatbelts discography. Zackarotto (talk) 14:23, 20 May 2010 (UTC)[reply]
Okay, I see what you mean, maybe they should be presented as tables. I think Music of Cowboy Bebop would be better, should I move the page to that name? --Necrojesta (talk) 19:20, 20 May 2010 (UTC)[reply]
Yeah, that name is better, please change it. But I decided against keeping the track lists as tables after all, since most of the information written in those notes are completely false anyway. I think I'll clear all personnel details from this article, then try to get the proper names down on The Seatbelts page from liner notes, and then maybe we'll see about going song by song. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Zackarotto (talkcontribs) 18:23, 20 May 2010 (UTC)[reply]
I'll change the name now. If you could find the proper information, that would be great :). --Necrojesta (talk) 19:20, 20 May 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Well i also support the removal of infoboxes. i forgot which MOS said no, but one of the list fo soundtrack related MOS said no to infobox. Also some of these need some fixing. did yoko kanno compose the music with the seat belts? or did seat belts just performed the soundtracks?Bread Ninja (talk) 05:37, 28 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]
