Appearance in block book map[edit]

The tract which would eventually house MFAH is here in the block book maps: https://books.tax.hctx.net/v036/AE1997_35-36_0337.jpg and http://books.tax.hctx.net/BlockBooksPDF/v036/AE1997_35-36_0337.pdf (I'm mainly posting these so I can use them to help find some maps not listed in the HCAD database - I'm trying to find Wessex, Chevy Chase, and Idylwood in particular :( ) WhisperToMe (talk) 13:03, 27 July 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Wikipedia articles on buildings?[edit]

  • Murphy, Jack (2020-11-05). "Opinion: A beautiful series of tubes - Houston glows on national stage with new MFAH building". Houston Chronicle.

I might at some point start specific articles about museum buildings. Here is an opinion article about one of them. WhisperToMe (talk) 21:27, 28 April 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Unsourced material from User:MFAH archives[edit]

That user, clearly a connected contributor, was blocked years ago, but much material that they added remains in the article. It is often unsourced, and while not blatant spam, is promotional and "corporate-speak" in nature. Until the material can be reworked or improved, I've added the COI template to the page.
