Incorrect Title[edit]

The title for this article should be renamed to "The Killing of Kris Kime". The Washington State Court ruling said assault leading to death isn't murder if there is no intent to kill. Based on this ruling, Thomas was convicted of manslaughter - not murder. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 207.188.17.125 (talk) 08:51, 3 February 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Why aren't the races of the perpetrators and victims listed, as it is when listing other crimes that are white against black.

This is a black against white crime and the description makes me feel like the racial element is being downplayed because it's not white against black.

What is the deal wikipedia. I'm getting kind of fed up with the discriminatory way your articles are being posted in regards to violence against whites.

It makes it seem as if violence against whites is not that big of a deal, when all violence is wrong. "See Beat Up a White Kid Day" and all the quotes from people who thought the entire article should have been deleted, including one person who said "why not just delete and forget the incident?"

I never see people saying why not delete and forget the incident when it is white on black crime.

Wikipedia isn't a place for original research, and we don't therefore make assumptions about the causes, to play up or play down a certain aspect of something for "equality"; only write about what is covered widely in reliable sources. – Toon(talk) 19:08, 9 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]
