Suicide Solution[edit]

Why the link to Suicide Solution? It doesn't seem related. TomCerul 15:38, 27 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Are you kidding? It's a lawsuit against a metal band for alleged lyrical influence on violent actions, dude. 98.246.183.207 (talk) 18:49, 26 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Reference?[edit]

"The trio had lured Elyse from her house with the stated intention of killing her as part of a satanic ritual, although the crime bears many of the hallmarks of similar sexually motivated murders. In their defence, the defendants said they had needed to commit a 'sacrifice to the devil' in order to give their heavy metal band Hatred, the 'craziness' to 'go professional'. The trio choked and stabbed Elyse to death, later returning to have sex with her corpse."

Where is the reference for this? The only working reference is the Rolling Stone article, and I didn't see any reference to this last line. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 74.178.13.57 (talk) 01:07, 5 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Aw, nuts[edit]

There is one huge problem to this article. Most, if not all, of the external links have rotted, or as Slayer would put it, "have gone undead". This issue needs to be solved as soon as possible. 98.246.84.7 (talk) 19:10, 25 July 2014 (UTC)[reply]

inaccurate[edit]

Being friends with all involved, and being involved in the case, I can tell you that this article is completely inaccurate. The media jumped on the 'satanic worship' idea, although it had nothing to do with the murder. In addition, there was no necrophilia. There were drugs and sex involved in all FOUR individuals. There was a book written on this story, and it was filled with falsehoods. All of us local kids involved as friends with these people know what occurred. It was a heartbreaking loss of life and the added drama doesnt help those involved. I suggest that those who read all the media check their facts first. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 2001:5B0:23FF:2CF0:0:0:0:30 (talk) 19:18, 3 September 2014 (UTC)[reply]

There is one source given that confirms that the accused themselves testified to devil worship. Doesn't mean that there are no other inaccuracies. --105.8.5.17 (talk) 20:22, 25 February 2020 (UTC)[reply]
