John Ainslie's Map[edit]

The reference to John Ainslie's map is problematic, as the text refers to 17th Century maps, but John Ainslie's dates were 1745-1828. The only map I can find of his which shows Mortonhall is this one, which dates from 1789, so after the new house was built, which was in 1769. If there is an older map which shows Mortonhall, then we should cite it. If not the citation to the map should be removed. It is clear from Gifford that Morton House pre-dates Mortonhall House.
