Feature request: 3D procedure[edit]

Exellent page, but annoying when one reads: "Like the Hilbert curve, the Moore curve can be extended to three dimensions:" How?! One looks in an encyclopaedia to find out how; not to be told something is possible! —Preceding unsigned comment added by 78.33.84.118 (talk) 13:02, 29 June 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Actually, at least half of the time, "what" is the most an encyclopedia reader is interested in. This is even true in mathematical articles. The further reading sections are for those who want to go deeper. 204.191.89.147 (talk) 10:35, 16 December 2012 (UTC)[reply]
There was no "further reading" section that addressed this question. I have updated the article to clarify how the three dimensional construction of a Moore curve works.
