What little there is, is very POV…[edit]

I knew nothing about this person, came looking for information, and remain largely ignorant. Using terms like “flamboyant” and “outrageous” don’t really help, as they are relative terms, and need context: how did his “outrageousness” manifest itself, for example? Who was outraged by it?
