Fair use rationale for Image:Monpei-shield.jpg[edit]

Image:Monpei-shield.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images uploaded after 4 May, 2006, and lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.

Canadian Tire paragraph[edit]

Today, I removed this paragraph from the article:

[[Canadian Tire]] bought a large piece of land in the North End next to the Atlantic Superstore, and is planning on building their third store on Prince Edward Island within the next few years. Application was made to the council for a building permit in January 2009, was approved on 12 February 2010, and included a 24,000 square foot floor space that would allow room for three automotive bays and a small market store.<ref>{{cite news |url=http://www.peicanada.com/eastern_graphic/news/article_51e99300-cb87-5689-a2df-2b696c23842d.html |website=peicanada.com |title=Montague construction project could be more than Canadian Tire |date=April 14, 2010}}</ref> The construction was valued at $2.5 million, and was expected to employ about 20 full- and part-time workers.<ref>[http://www.theguardian.pe.ca/Business/Retail-%26amp%3B-services/2009-01-13/article-1279369/Montague-council-welcomes-Canadian-Tire,-Buddhist-retreat/1 theguardian.pe.ca: "Montague council welcomes Canadian Tire, Buddhist retreat"], 13 Jan 2009</ref>

By reviewing Google maps and canadiantire.ca, it appears that Canadian Tire has not built/opened a store in Montague - so keeping the above in the article appears pointless, and actually misleading. PKT(alk) 18:48, 12 October 2019 (UTC)[reply]
