Split the Charts into 2 seperate sections; Chart performance (containing the details) and Charts (with the chart)
Tracklisting - it is a useless section, thus remove it
No need of inclusion of ref in the infobox
Images need WP:ALT
Image in the section Charts' is of no use there. Please either move it to relevant section or remove it
In the United Kingdom, "Moments" debuted on the UK Singles Chart at number 118 on chart issue of 3 December 2011 -> UK is repeating thus remove it
In Canada, the song debuted on the Canadian Hot 100 at number 87 on the chart issue of 21 March 2012 -> The song also debuted on the Canadian Hot 100 at number 87 on the chart issue of 21 March 2012
