Huh?[edit]

This article states: "Unlike most U.S. lotteries, the minimum age to buy tickets is 21, the same as neighboring Louisiana, Arizona and Iowa." Might be better to rearrange the list of states to "Arizona, Iowa, and neighboring Louisiana" as the other way, it might be inferred that this article is stating that Mississippi borders all three states.
