More on minim needed[edit]

Hi. If this is the only article on minim, then it certainly needs to be updated to cover current understandings of minim in rabbinic literature. Plus, the prayer (etc) against minim. However, minuth is a later offshoot of minim. Minuth does come to refer to heresy, but in some ways it doesn't stay linked to the minim from what I can tell. Thanks. Agree -- the traditional curse or prayer against Minim attracted a whole prolonged scholarly controversy which needs to be covered in some form in Wikipedia (plus, I don't think that Minim is actually technically the plural of Minuth...). AnonMoos (talk) 11:42, 3 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Agree with above comment: There is no plural of minuth; minim is the plural of min.
