Description[edit]

There is a part that mentions that the last leather factory closed in 1970 but that isn't true. The Wingrove & Edge Tannery was in production into some time in the early 2000's. Then the site was sold to developers and is now a housing estate. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 81.154.238.189 (talk) 14:38, 25 July 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Is it a village or a town? NinetyCharacters (talk) 10:57, 27 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]

According to A brief history of Milborne Port it is a town, but there has been a lot of issues recently with a user changing villages to towns & towns to vilages withot checking see: Wikipedia talk:WikiProject UK geography#Problematic edits on a large number of articles therefore this may have been one of the ones changed.— Rod talk 16:13, 27 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]
