Birth Name[edit]

Her birth name is Mika Sue Boorem

Can you provide a verifiable reliable source for this? I can find quite a few sources for Mikaela Juliette Boorem, but none for Mika Sue Boorem. dissolvetalk 21:22, 29 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]

I know her, its also listed in the boorem family tree and US census records. The sources listed for Juliette are incorrect. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 124.180.10.233 (talk) 01:33, August 30, 2007 (UTC)

Sorry, but "I know her" isn't a verifiable reliable secondary source, is considered original research, and violates wikipedia policy for biographies of living persons. If you can point me to a source that can be cited, I can add the fact. dissolvetalk 01:54, 30 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]

See USSearch.com to confirm that she uses "S" as her middle initial. This indicates that Sue could be her middle name, and eliminates Juliette. - Holraven 09:53, 30 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Also, as mentioned in references in the article, this family tree site presents her by her full name, Mika Sue. - Holraven 15:34, 30 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Hollywood dot Con[edit]

Mika made her feature directional debut with Hollywood.con in 2020, and not 2018, it will be released in 2020. http://hollywoodcon.org/ — Preceding unsigned comment added by Nimce (talkcontribs) 06:14, 21 February 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Age[edit]

August 18, 1987 is correct. People sometimes get birth years wrong, especially for people born later in the year. For example, when Sleepover came out in 2004, Mika was 16 years old, so people (mistakenly) thought she was born in 1988—but she turned 17 a month later, which was after all the promotional stuff was pretty much over. Another example is Lindsay Lohan's sister Aliana—she was born near Christmas 1993, but many sites have her birthdate as February 1994.Stephe1987 20:49, 14 March 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Religion[edit]

Does anyone know what it is? Is she Jewish? She's wearing what looks like a Star of David in this pic (underneath the bluish stone)[1], and a Hebrew letter/ Chai thing here[2]? Mad Jack 23:22, 4 August 2006 (UTC)[reply]

I have removed uncited negative material per our policy on biographies. Please do not reinsert it unless a reliable citation can be furnished.--Doc 22:17, 27 October 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Note It's been suggested in an edit summary that I "... couldn't be bothered to preserve a single constructive edit from the 35 revisions [I] obliterated". But actually I did check through the intervening edits to see if any of them could be saved; they were mostly attempts – such as the three good edits on 1 October – to clear up the awful guff that had been added in the copyvio edits, stuff like "The baby boy name Mika is also used as a girl name". Anyway, if anyone had added proper neutral and well-sourced encyclopaedic content to the page and I have removed it, please give the date and time of your edit and I'll see if it can be added back.
