Spelling of name[edit]

The poet Micheal O’Siadhail has for many years spelt his name with an apostrophe and without accents. In the case of all his poetry books from Bloodaxe and previously from Dedalus, his name is so spelt and a quick search on the internet will show that that is how he is known internationally. Only in his earlier scholarly work do accents appear but in an entry about his life and work not to use his normal and preferred spelling would be quite eccentric and confusing. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 188.141.22.178 (talk) 12:34, 5 October 2010 (UTC)[reply]

His linguistic works are published as Mícheál Ó Siadhail, not Micheal O'Siadhail. Angr (talk) 00:19, 9 July 2011 (UTC)[reply]
