This article reads as promotional material. The tone is found it the way the material is presented with fan-type descriptions (e.g. considered the "dean of restaurant consultants" -- really? by whom?) and that's just the start in the intro. Maybe this man is well-known in the industry, but I fail to see how he is notable otherwise.
