"...his skill is especially notable..."[edit]

The fact is that Kandel is an excellent translator, and the bit stating just that should certainly stay, but the next bit "his skill is especially notable..." is awkward and kind of undermines the praise he so richly deserves. Translators always deliver excellent work as a matter of professional pride, just as pilots deliver soft landings and surgeons deliver patients who wake up again. To make a point of his skill in special cases is to negate the notion of a standard of excellency.137.205.100.185 (talk) 12:12, 7 December 2016 (UTC)[reply]
