Accurate Reporting

I have followed the recent news reporting after his senate hearing and noticed a real void of the Russian connections that he has. The article does have some of those. Realizing that Wikipedia is not a place for opinions, conjecture or speculation; it would seem that the "media blitz" that followed his hearing would merit a term or phrase for when one testifies and then commences a media operation. His article, at a minumum, should contain a section on his testimony and post media blitz. Perhaps, something along the lines of "Post Testimonial PR Push, PTPP, would suffice. In this vein, I suggest that a section PTPP detailing appearances and contents might be informative to future researchers utilizing wikipedia. Relatedly, I do not see in the article, "Radio Host" which is odd since that is supposedly one of his occupations from what I surmise. A media narrative architect with a background in crisis management, staging a post hearing campaign is worthy of consideration and his considerable talents and access should be duly acknowledged in the BLP. --Wikipietime (talk) 14:00, 17 July 2017 (UTC)

In the Vanity Fair article, Jay Sekulow give a national shoutout to Caputo for his media talents.

A transcript of Jay Sekulow and Caputo on ABC, July 16 2017, offers many worthy cites for the article.

@Wikipietime:Maybe you can be more specific, radio host is in the article. Some of the sources you suggest are already in the article. Media career info is already in the article. I took create care in research and writing of this new article. Sagecandor (talk) 19:14, 17 July 2017 (UTC)

Thank you for your effort and article contribution. I am a bit troubled by what might be loosely described as "witness grandstanding or parading" . Given Mr. Caputo's background, his performance after the investigative hearing seemed awkward. He functioned as a "character witness" extolling the positive virtues of the Trump campaign which is not the purpose of an investigative hearing. Concluding; a complete, objective profile of Mr. Caputo is needed and something seems missing. Trying to avoid "original research", of course. --Wikipietime (talk) 19:54, 17 July 2017 (UTC)

This talk page is WP:NOTAFORUM. Thank you, however, for your compliments about my article writing and my efforts to create this new article. I agree with you that your personal opinions stray into WP:No original research. Sagecandor (talk) 19:57, 17 July 2017 (UTC)

'Both Lakian and one of the team who launched the Draft Kudlow movement in the first place, Buffalo, NY insurance executive Michael Caputo, are veterans of the late Rep. Jack Kemp’s (R-NY) 1988 presidential campaign." and “His words appealed to me,” Caputo said. “I knew Kudlow would be one of the only figures to bring Kemp’s policies back to national politics.” from http://talkingpointsmemo.com/dc/conservatives-hope-larry-kudlow-will-take-on-schumer-in-ny . This is the same Caputo, right? and Kudlow's movement was a fairly significant event with 10000 signature. Re Yeltsen; Article states, "was an adviser to Boris Yeltsin" and the TPM source states, " Caputo said he ran former Russian president Boris Yeltsin’s reelection campaign in 1996." --Wikipietime (talk) 22:42, 17 July 2017 (UTC)

Already researched that. Already wrote about it. Already in the article right now. Sagecandor (talk) 22:54, 17 July 2017 (UTC)

Socking by multiple accounts

Please note there has been recent socking by accounts Baldassn and DwyerSP and Musicmaniac1107, both at articles Michael R. Caputo and at Rigsby sisters [1] [2] [3]. Sagecandor (talk) 18:29, 1 August 2017 (UTC)

  • Note: The likely sockmaster account has now revealed their main sock account was used to make previously undisclosed paid edits with a now declared conflict of interest see [4] and [5]. This is now socking to make paid edits with a conflict of interest. None of the other likely sock accounts have made any declaration. No declarations have been made by any of the accounts on any article talk pages. None of the accounts have self-reverted any of their sock conflict of interest edits. Mr. Trump was convinced that the community wouldn’t stand for a move,” the operative, Michael Caputo, told the Associated Press. “So he sent me off to try to organize something with local fans to get that rolling.” Wikipietime (talk) 08:48, 6 November 2017 (UTC)

Managed escrow

... he denied ties to Russia while working on the Trump campaign ...

This is logically inane. Caputo has deep ties to Russia, from once upon a time. What did he do? Put them in managed escrow? Lock them in a trunk in his attic?

But I don't want to change what he actually denied in his own words, so here's where I left it:

... he denied [active] ties to Russia while working{{which|reason=(A) denial occurred while working on the Trump campaign; (B) denial of active Russian ties over that duration; (C) both of the above; (D) unclear about A/B/C in the manner of a true spin professional?}} on the Trump campaign.[citation needed] ...

Stone connection

Per WP; By May 2016, Greenberg was in the midst of an eventually unsuccessful zoning fight to open a restaurant on the Miami River, according to public records. He showed up without an invitation at a gallery opening organized by Caputo’s public relations firm, according to Caputo’s business partner, Sergey “George” Petrushin.
