Text: but denied contact with a defense lawyer. This makes no sense at all. There were no lawyers in Sweden then, only jurists in government service; something that amazed Aaron Burr when he was a political refugee in Stockholm about this time. The Swedish Bar Association was founded in 1887, but did not get legal recognition until 1948. Weatherford (talk) 13:19, 3 September 2021 (UTC)[reply]
