This is a very important building for Dubai. It was one of the first 2 highrises in Dubai Marina. Today, Dubai Marina has become an extemely important part of Dubai. This building, along with Murjan Tower, form a well known image that represents Dubai and Dubai Marina. The removal of this article would be okay if, and only if, it was just another residential high rise. But it is not. Being the first building in Dubai Marina (an area that now holds many of Dubai's towers) it is important. --Leitmanp 02:44, 12 November 2007 (UTC)
