What is the population of Meriden, New Hampshire?[edit]

It's unknown. The Census does not designate a place known as "Meriden" for compiling population statistics. Using the "Meriden" ZIP code is not suitable, because ZIP codes include surrounding non-village areas. One could determine the outline of the Meriden Village Water District, and sum up the Census populations for the blocks covered, but that would be WP:Original research. If the town of Plainfield has produced a document somewhere with a population for the village (perhaps the town's master plan?), that would probably be the best source. --Ken Gallager (talk) 13:23, 13 July 2020 (UTC)[reply]
