Dear Sir, In wikipedia page on topic 'Membrane vesicle trafficking', I found that twice my reference "YashRoy R C (1993)" and its linked text in the paragraph was deleted. I have incorporated this again, as this is a critically important reference and also first information on role of membrane vesicle trafficking in initiation of microbial invasion into animal host cells in vivo. - Thank you for starting a discussion on the Talk page. Here is the passage in question: [1]. My concern is with the claim that your paper presents the "first clear evidence of in vivo involvement of OMVs in translocating bacterial signals to animal host cells..." According to Wikipedia guidelines, you must cite reliable secondary sources (e.g., review articles) for such a bold claim (and even for not-so-bold claims, whenever possible). I removed the passage because I could not find any high-quality review articles that support your claim. I won't remove the passage again until you have a chance to respond. - Rakeshyashroy, please stop adding your 1993 study to the article. As discussed on your talk page here ([2]) and here ([3]), you need a secondary source, especially for your claim that your study was the first to demonstrate that membrane vesicles are involved in bacterial invasion of intestinal cells in vivo. The paper does not even claim that your strain of Salmonella invades intestinal cells. I also removed your image because the journal that published the image holds the copyright.
