Motto[edit]

Under Geography was a claim that Medina has a motto. It went on to state it and wrongly suggested that the correct and formal pronunciation of the city name was merely colloquial. The claim is unsourced.

A web search revealed that the only other mentions of a motto for the city are word-for-word copies of the claim in this article.

The Medina city website (www.cityofmedinatn.org) has no mention of a motto or anything resembling the one claimed to be it. I have removed the unsourced claim. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 2600:1700:EA01:1090:6400:D082:5A51:2EA4 (talk) 17:30, 26 October 2021 (UTC)[reply]

History[edit]

Can there be a little more information on the history of the town? I was wanting to do research to see if the town was actually historic or mostly new construction. Bucky winter soldier (talk) 20:23, 9 October 2023 (UTC)[reply]
