Is this medal in current use?[edit]

I am an officer of the Belgian armed forces, and this medal is not listed in any currently applicable rules or regulations of the Belgian armed forces. I have never met any currently serving military personnel who actually wore this medal. So I have strong doubts that this medal is currently in use.
