Eligibility Requirement[edit]

Road to a Republic says that "The only eligibility requirement for a head of state under the 'McGarvie Model' would be Australian citizenship because the process for selecting the head of state is designed to ensure a non-political head of state" referenced to Mr Jack Hammond QC and Ms Juliette Brodksy, Submission 719, page 7 &14-15.

However I am not sure thats the logic McGarvie used. --Dlatimer 17:32, 9 September 2005 (UTC)[reply]

Citation Tag[edit]

The article is a summary of these two sources. If the editor who placed the citation tag could point out where there is confusion, it will be easy to resolve the issue raised. --Lawe (talk) 03:44, 8 November 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Wikpedia attempts to improve its reliability by asking for citations within the text rather than at the bottom as generalised references. This becomes a requirement for articles assessed to B and above. This can mean repeated references to 1 or 2 sources, but then at least the sourcing is clear.--Grahame (talk) 03:44, 8 November 2008 (UTC) << moved by --Lawe (talk) 04:02, 8 November 2008 (UTC)[reply]

As the sourcing is clear, straightforward, general referencing is acceptable and there is no challenge to the material (Wikipedia:Citing_sources#General_reference), could you please be more specific. --Lawe (talk) 04:05, 8 November 2008 (UTC)[reply]
