Commercial?

I am tempted to remove this link as a commercial application. This is nothing to do with the fact that they moved one of their factories with its several hundred jobs away from Bournemouth, you understand (yeah, right...)Britmax 12:31, 10 June 2006 (UTC)

Fair use rationale for Image:Max Factor.gif

Image:Max Factor.gif is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. Max Factor person vs Max Factor Inc.

In reading this article, there is too much Max Factor Inc. listed here. Check out the Max Factor's Death section. That has nothing at all to do with the person.

This article needs splitting and company information needs to be put there, not in the biography section. MagnoliaSouth ^(talk) 22:48, 29 March 2010 (UTC)

No where does any of the history speak of the developly disabled son Mark Barry Factor, who until his death in Jan.2007 died after 58 years at an exclusive home for similar persons in Santa Barbara, Ca. Who knows what about this child? His family is not even specifically mentioned in the short obit. Why was he locked away and hidden? Although this is not uncommon for very wellto do families of that time, but what was the relationship between him and his loved ones, if at all?
