Please change spelling of Rattan Khatri to Ratan Khatri
also the information is inaccurate - Kalyan Bhagat started the betting on cotton exchange, but it was Ratan Khatri who started the matka gambling form - this can be verified by police sources in Mumbai. Bollywoodcrazyco (talk) 19:24, 14 May 2020 (UTC)
