Use past tense when writing about past events[edit]

I added the clean-up tense tag to this article because the article repeatedly uses the word "would" to describe things that the group has already done in the past. The word "would" is the past tense of "will", which has a future tense. In other words, using "would" describes a "past-future" tense or indicates intent or typical behaviour rather than historical fact. Its use in the article appears to describe what the group intended to do in the future, rather than what the group actually did. Articles should use the past tense for historic activities and events.
