Failures of article[edit]

This article is terrible. It fails to note the illegal use of a weapon by the officer, harassment, illegal search an seizure, conspiracy and false arrest .76.93.23.246 (talk) 15:58, 18 June 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Try finding reliable sources supporting that, otherwise it isn't the article's fault. The real failing of this article is naming it after the victim when it is clearly a one-event incident for him and he would not be notable otherwise. Going to be bold and rename it to Maryland v.
