county is necessary for small locations[edit]

I would like to see where in Wikipedia that it states that a county is required for small locations listed in the bio birth/death location. MOS:DOB does not require that any location be provided at all. If one does not know where the location is, it would be very easy to click the name of the town to get that information. As it reads now, it is very crowded and makes the DOB info hard to discern. (Skoot13 (talk) 04:27, 16 June 2012 (UTC))[reply]
