Construction Date[edit]

Seconded. Article needs construction dates. Also, above IP mentions a community by the name of Joanna, which would explain the original name of the project. This also needs to go in the article. Lastly, "The dam was dedicated in 1984" what does that mean? Did it take that long to finish construction? Was this the official renaming from Joanna to Clarence?
