Mercenary in lead[edit]

What’s with the IP edits removing “mercenary” from the lead section? He spent years in Iraq as a security contractor and started a $100+ million mercenary company which he later sold off, shouldn’t be contentious. I’ll add it back again, I assume there’s some busybodies not too happy about the recent news coverage. Dudsud (talk) 23:19, 21 February 2024 (UTC)[reply]

The word "mercenary" appears in the lead only. As the lead is supposed to be a summary of the article, it would be appropriate for the word to also be used in the body of the article. That way, it's far less contentious, Dudsud. Schwede 66 23:29, 21 February 2024 (UTC)[reply]
