Navy centric[edit]

Does this have to be so Naval-centric? Don't these terms have to do with maritime commerce, rescue, coast guard opetations, etc? Maybe "brown water", etc, are strictly navy terms, but "maritime geography" shouldn't be..45Colt 01:29, 18 January 2016 (UTC) .45Colt 01:29, 18 January 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Define the topic please[edit]

As it stands, the article completely fails to explain what it is supposed to be about. There is no definition of the topic or indication of its scope.
