Per Wikipedia:Manual of Style (numbers), when doing conversions, please use standard abbreviations: for example, miles -> mi, kilometers squared -> km², and pounds -> lb.^[?]
Per Wikipedia:Manual of Style (headings), headings generally do not start with articles ('the', 'a(n)'). For example, if there was a section called ==The Biography==, it should be changed to ==Biography==.^[?]

Quick points as I come across them:

1. "graduating with a Second Class Bachelor of Arts degree." What type of Second Class degree did she achieve? A 2.1 or a 2.2? And what was the degree title - Chemistry?

I'm not sure whether it was a 2.1 or 2.2, as I cannot find any mention of either in some of my sources. It was indeed a degree in chemistry. Happyme22 (talk) 18:28, 28 November 2008 (UTC)[reply]

2. "In 1950 she took the degree of Master of Arts." Master of Arts is not a degree, it is a form of advanced degree. She would have achieved an MA in a particular subject. Was it chemistry/science?

The sources I have available say that she started a law degree in 1950, but I can't confirm when it was completed or if it was an MA. Road Wizard (talk) 16:57, 1 December 2008 (UTC)[reply]

3. "Thatcher began to look for a safe Conservative seat" - when? Do you know a year? Or even a general time period, as in the "mid 1950s"
