"Marvelous" Nickname[edit]

I just watched the 1997 Royal Rumble and Jim Ross and Jerry Lawler were calling Marc "Marvelous" even though this wiki article says he was repackaged as a boxer and received that nickname after the Rumble and tearing his ACL. First Feud in WCW?[edit]

Does anyone remember the guy he feuded with in WCW that was a white rapper, heavy weight and his line was "I said, yo baby, yo baby, yo baby, yo"? Johnny B Badd always called him a "big ugly bear". Innovator of the TKO?[edit]

Diamond Dallas Page was doing it before Mero did. Page even gave Mero "permission" to use the move when he was looking for a new one after his knee injury.JPNTR (talk) 13:49, 22 May 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Steroid section[edit]

Someone removed the fact that Kennedy was found to be using steroids after he derided Mero's stance on the issue.

I feel that this is perfectly relevant to the section, and provides a more balanced perspective on the issue. Without it, there is simply a note of WWE employees expressing disdain towards Mero and his comments.
