I'd like to nominate this for deletion. This is not notable in the field (I am a professor of NLP and I've literally never heard of it), nor is it mentioned in the cited material as far as I can tell. Yes, but the right way to handle it is to ask Leon Derczynski, who added it here (he has open DMs on Twitter but hasn't been active here for almost a year) and find out how prevalent he thinks the term actually is, whether it has other usage than those slides, and whether Manning approves. 73.222.1.26 (talk) 20:33, 9 March 2019 (UTC)[reply]
