Potential change of title of the page[edit]

The most commonly used name of the receptor seems to be 'mannose-binding lectin' and not 'mannan-binding lectin', as seen either by searching the web or in well-regarded textbooks, like Janeway's Immunology. This is also seen in the introduction to the page, where mannose-binding lectin is the primary name used.
