Filthy surrounding[edit]

Chairman Makindye Division,

Greetings and thank you for the good work so far,but a lot still remains . I am a visitor in the place,and wondering how people live in such an environment without any problem,i mean they are not bothered atall.

Chairman just get to Kisugu police post immediately on your left upward(kisugu side,there is a road,at the side is a drain,my God,it carries sewage and packed with rubbish,kaveras,the place is very fifthy and real irritating i mean it has gotten to its worst,what worser stage are we waiting for?the drain is meant to channel water i.e when is rains,but instead its shit and rubbish,terrible!come resue the situation.(mobilize your people and lets get the place cleaned)
