SwisterTwister, please let me know what else would be needed in providing sufficient citations for verification. Also, I am always confused as to the copyright issue ( and the various categories to choose from ) when uploading an usable image. I'd like to include an image of this man that I've seen used at quite a few websites ( news sites and where he works ). Could you help me find that one or one that can be used? questions about awards and sources, and contributor motivation / bias

Hello Toddst1, I noticed today recent edits by yourself questioning sources or authenticity of the subject regarding awards or scholarships and the like. I've replaced removed content, corrected syntax from your last edit, and included some sources regarding the awards ands such. Let us discuss if other sources are needed per wiki guidelines.

As to the tag of a contributor having a close relationship with the subject of the article, if that is assumed because a single editor put the article together... well, notice the several other articles I've originated. I have invited other editors / contributors to help. Taking an interest in a notable person / topic shouldn't be construed as a personal or close relationship existing... but I understand the concern and reason for the tag. Hi Hafiz. The COI tag is in reference to Mmustafa.ayoub (talk · contribs) who has edited here. Looking further, I don't see any substantial contributions from that editor, so I'll remove the COI tag (assuming that if you had any COI, you would disclose it).

I don't know what you're talking about correcting syntax as I saw no errors in that version.

Any claims of grandeur that are not well-supported may be removed per WP:EXCEPTIONAL. I'm glad you were able to find better sources for that info. Toddst1 (talk) 20:44, 31 August 2018 (UTC)

As to the syntax, perhaps the terminology (using that word syntax) is incorrect, but it is what appears at the top of the visible article after the deletion of some infobox content... no big deal. As to motivation / bias, in my research and reading of Islamic history and that ideology's development (for my personal work), I've found this scholar's work cited in several books on the subject. I was surprised not to find a wikipedia page for him considering his contributions, so I went ahead and opened one. -- HafizHanif (talk) 20:53, 31 August 2018 (UTC)
