Madras Curry or Madras Sauce??

I would like to rename this Madras Curry unless there is some good reason not to.

I do not know how to rename an article.

Calling it Sauce instead of Curry is to so a simple translation of an authentic Indian word - is it because it is a Tamil word that the translation is considered necessary?

It seems to me be cultural arrogance to rename something into the closest English word.

Pasta becomes dried wheat paste maybe; pâté becomes paste; pesto becomes paste; the richness of our culinary heritage is eroded by simple translations.

"The end result of the signatures of Madras curries can be achieved through different means"

This is the problem with Wikipedia. Excess words and overly labored and ambiguous sentences Don't try to sound intelligent it only confuses. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 98.239.250.100 (talk) 20:45, 2 November 2013 (UTC)[reply]
