Nautilus diner should have its own Wikipedia entry, or at least a space here ;) NO, it shouldn't.

Ha, only if Rocky writes up a part himself. Head over to this wiki at Wikia, add Madison, NJ, USA and then feel free to add the Nautilus, Scotti's Records, whatever... they're aimed more at that sort of stuff. -- 09:19, 10 July 2006 (UTC)[reply]

I've lived in Madison all my life, and I've never heard of the "Luke Miller House." To avoid confusion, refer to it as the "Shelby House." The only other house that's still standing from Revolutionary times is on Kings Road, about a block away from Kings Road School, and it's NOT the "Luke Miller" house. PLEASE get an accredited historian to write this drivel...I suggest looking up someone from the Museum of Early Trades and Crafts.

It'd also help if someone cared to toss in the Cemetary flood of 1902. Why is it noteworthy? Because that very cemetary is "home" to Ichabod Crane of Sleepy Hollow folklore. Read your Weird NJ, people, they do decent enough research to, at the very LEAST, warrant a mention on the almighty wikipedia...

Luke Miller House links and resources?[edit]

While I know not nearly enough about the history of the house to make a page for it, I have a couple links that may fit in this article itself since the Luke Miller house is prominantly noted. Here's a brief history and photo display thrown together after it was announced the house was to be sold. The Star Ledger had a story on the house at the time as well though I'd need to retrieve that link.

In any case, it's been years since I've edited anything here. I actually forgot my old password which had a no longer existant email address attached to it. That's how long it had been. But I saw this great article on Madison so I had to at least pop in. I wanted to ask about how appropriate a link like one of the two mentioned would be and where it would go exactly being an external resource specific to one part of the history mentioned. Any help would be appreciated. -- 09:41, 10 July 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Governor[edit]

While the legislature is germane to Madison, the governor and lieutenant governor are not. This silliness will continue as long as New Jersey editors are willing to put up with it. At least they stopped there and didn't go on to the President of the US, the Secretary of the UN, the Pope. It could be worse!  :)
