Naming and moving[edit]

Shouldn't this merely be named MULE or Mule (emacs)? After all, the acronym is just MULE, according to the website http://www.m17n.org/mule/. And there does not seem to be a conflict with anything else (we can handle people looking for Mule with the usual disambig). --Maru (talk) Contribs 02:45, 10 December 2005 (UTC)[reply]

Works for me; I honestly didn't think about the title when I created this, only took the requested title (was an WP:AFC request). android79 02:15, 10 December 2005 (UTC)[reply]
In that case, I shall move it. --Maru (talk) Contribs 02:45, 10 December 2005 (UTC)[reply]

MULE in Emacs 21?[edit]

The article says "the inclusion of MULE in version 21". I think this claim needs some clarification, because in the NEWS for Emacs 20.1 there's this section:

International character set support (MULE)
Emacs now supports a wide variety of international character sets, including European variants of the Latin alphabet, as well as Chinese, Devanagari (Hindi and Marathi), Ethiopian, Greek, IPA, Japanese, Korean, Lao, Russian, Thai, Tibetan, and Vietnamese scripts. These features have been merged from the modified version of Emacs known as MULE (for "MULti-lingual Enhancement to GNU Emacs")
