Utilisation missing

08may2013 edit: Added "Define $\rho =\lambda /\mu$ as the utilization" to the "Delay" section because $\rho$ was undefined on this page. I'm short on time and did not refer to the original source, so hopefully I got this correct and apologies if I didn't. Possible mistakes: Perhaps the original author meant to use $\lambda$ in place of $\rho$, and utilization has no place in this formula?
