Stanton-Walsh Rule[edit]

It could be argued that this rule was broken back in 1988 by Jack Abramoff's apartheid-funded Red Scorpion. Plutonium27 (talk) 16:05, 16 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]

This surely must have been pointed out somewhere before but MEW had a major role in the famously and ruinously appalling At Long Last Love! It's listed right here on WP as a film considered - and the criteria is rigorously strict - to be one of the worst ever. As the innocent child of Cole Porter fans, I was one of the unlucky few who saw this cataclysm - it lasted barely a week in the cinema rentals and has never been re-released in any format. I therefore submit that the Stanton-Walsh Rule was well shattered 32 years ago although I must, in the interests of my sensibilities, desist from looking up Stanton's entire role credit to see if he could match with a towering turkey of the like to call his very own. Terrific comment, Plutonium27. Biting, yet accurate, eloquent and very entertaining! Mwprods2 (talk) 20:37, 21 March 2024 (UTC)[reply]
