Her Name[edit]

Will somebody finally get her name right? She was born Lynn (no "e") Wagner Harding Frederick. No "Maria". Use Freebmd.org.uk/search to verify this for yourselves. It's the official Birth Marriage and Death records for the UK. The info you'll need is: Birth, Sep Qtr, 1954, mother's maiden name Sullivan. Again: Lynn Wagner Harding Frederick. Glad to come across this comment; intrigued by her apparent birth name, I checked on FreeBMD but came up with nothing (nor a marriage for her parents, perhaps took place overseas?). Definitely no "e" on "Lynn", and no "Maria" given. Schizo[edit]

She had a starring role in the 1976 film Schizo. There is no page on wikipedia for the film, but it is listed on imdb.

Blacklisting?[edit]

It's mentioned that Lynne Frederick was blacklisted in Hollywood at least twice in the article yet no references/citations are given to back this up. Blacklisting is a very emotive word to use for obvious reasons in regard to Hollywood activity and really should have corroborating evidence. Her lack of acting roles after Sellers death might be attributable to a variety of reasons including the natural arc of an actors popularity, not being able to network, etc. etc.. I agree it's an odd term to use. The fact is she became very unpopular after Sellers' death, particularly in Britain but also in the US. Sellers' children loathed her and public opinion mostly took their side, seeing her as a manipulative and cynical golddigger. She was never a particularly impressive actress despite her beauty, and this combined with her personal unpopulartity meant that the roles dried up. --Ef80 (talk) 21:31, 9 May 2020 (UTC)[reply]
