Most U.S. federal government websites are in the public domain. U.S. state websites vary, this one doesn't appear to have a copyright, so it must me assumed. The [www.judicial.state.al.us/supreme.cfm source site] for the entry appears to be copyrighted.--NortyNort (Holla) 01:14, 14 May 2011 (UTC)[reply]
