En route[edit]

"Fulwell", originally in infobox, seems a slip for Feltham.

Route 285 hardly touches Hampton proper."Hampton Sainsburys" is a tad misleading as JS has two Hampton stores about one km apart and this off Uxbridge Road they call "St Clares".
TfL Local Journey Planner 2006 booklet for Feltham, ....,Twickenham calls the stop "Hampton Sainsburys". The online map for buses at Hampton Wick (http://www.tfl.gov.uk/tfl/gettingaround/maps/buses/pdf/hamptonwick-10315.pdf) dated 03.03.2008 calls it "Hanworth Sainsburys". (JS's store locator does not know Hanworth though it abuts their northern boundary!)
The Royal Mail postcode finder says JS's postcode TW12 1AW is Hampton Hill. So I've cut the knot created by one party's corporate pride and the other's corporate indecision. 285 timetable (2006 but apparently still valid) shows "Hanworth Sainsburys".--SilasW (talk) 17:05, 13 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Images[edit]

Has anyone else noticed that the photos of the buses are a bit outdated? The article even says that the route now runs double-decker buses, and yet the photos are still of single-decker buses. Anyone have more recent ones? DigitalHamster (talk) 15:57, 24 April 2017 (UTC)[reply]
